YFlows - Yoga Sequence Text Format v0.2 Released
Version 0.2 of the Text Based Sequence format has been released!
As part of the Yflows Project (a free online Yoga Sequence editor!), the idea is to codify yoga sequences into a text file format. This includes pose variations specific to your sequence, repetitions of poses and cues to move into or out of a pose.
A sample codified Sequence may look something like:
[Standing Poses::Standing](Right/Left(1)[1:3]) mountain, [Step back]warrior I:R(High Lunge)[Hold and breathe], [Straighten front leg]triangle:R[Hand to shin or block], [Return to center]mountainThis represents a basic standing sequence, starting in Mountain pose, going into Warrior 1, then triangle and coming back into Mountain pose. Repeating poses 1-3 of the sequence, both on the Right and Left side one (1) time. Neat!
Check out the full online documentation for the format at https://yflows.com/docs/sequence-format/, and as always create your own Yoga Sequences at yflows.com.
